2. Scope of Business

The online store www.legit-wear.com sells clothing and streetwear accessories.

3. Orders

• Orders can be placed 24/7 through the online store.
• A sales contract is concluded once the order is confirmed by the Seller.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods: Rapyd, credit/debit cards, online transfers.
All prices are shown in ISK and include applicable taxes.

5. Delivery

• Processing time: up to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping available to: [Poland / Iceland / EU ].
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
• To exercise this right, please send an email to [contact@email.com].
• Returned goods must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned goods.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
